J.D.Institute was established in 2005 as a Public Intellectual Institute which provides training, lectures and seminars in social and cultural thought from a biblical perspective. J.D.Institute takes an ecumenical approach to Evangelical Christian thought, life, and practice, which also takes the task and focus of social justice serious.

Students and Fellows at J.D.Institute are trained in the theological disciplines (Bible, Preaching, Church History) and critical thinking as relates to social-cultural engagement and vocational ministry.
Learning takes place via course work, seminars, lectures, workshops and symposiums. Fees and costs are listed under programs. J.D.Institute is a privately owned and operated entity.
